From Inside the System
to Building the Bridge

Dr. Jenni Kincaid
Founder & CEO
EdD, Vanderbilt University · MAEd, Ottawa University
UAE Golden Visa Holder · Education Expert
Dr. Jenni Kincaid spent over 13 years in the United States inside the education system, leading turnaround schools in Arizona, building programs that were scaled across 65 organizations, and navigating the machinery of accreditation, licensing, and compliance from the inside.
Then she spent the next 12 years living and working outside the U.S., advising governments, universities, and organizations across the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. In Abu Dhabi, she led Vanderbilt University's leadership development programs for the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), built the national licensing system (TELS) for 70,000 education professionals across 33 systems, and helped establish 25 accredited training providers across the UAE.
That dual perspective, inside the system and outside the country, revealed a gap that no one was filling. Organizations around the world wanted to offer recognized academic programs to their communities. They had the learners, the relationships, and the local trust. What they lacked was the infrastructure: the university partnerships, the enrollment systems, the compliance frameworks, and the operational capacity to deliver at scale.
In 2023, Dr. Kincaid founded Leading Connection to support the export and import of education worldwide, and to work alongside organizations from the outside, so they can create positive outcomes for their communities, under their own brand, in their own way.

Why This Company
Exists
Leading Connection was born from a deeply personal truth: the problem isn't the learner; it's the system. We come alongside organizations to help them learn, grow, and create positive outcomes for their communities, under their own brand, in their own way.

The Problem We Saw
Organizations everywhere, schools, employers, governments, wanted to offer recognized academic programs to their people. But building university partnerships, managing enrollment, and maintaining accreditation compliance required infrastructure they did not have and could not justify building.
The Model We Built
We created a single operational layer that sits between universities and organizations. We hold the partnerships, manage the technology, run the enrollment, and deliver the student support. Organizations plug in at whatever level fits their goals, from simple referral to full private label.
How We Operate
Every program we deliver is backed by a recognized U.S. college or university. Our team manages the day-to-day: academic advising, compliance monitoring, LMS administration, and performance reporting. Organizations see results without managing the machinery.
Where We Work
Our partners span six continents. We work with K-12 schools, international schools, homeschool networks, employers, government agencies, and universities. The model adapts to any curriculum framework, IB, British, American, CBSE, or national systems, because our programs layer on top, not in place of, what already exists.

Pathways Your Organization Can Offer
Whether your learners are 15 or 50, starting fresh or starting over, we give your organization the programs to meet them where they are and move them forward.
For-Credit Courses
Offer your learners single courses from recognized U.S. universities: to explore a subject, fill a gap, or get ahead.
Certificates & Micro-Credentials
Add industry-recognized credentials in technology, business, health, and more to your program catalog. Stackable toward degrees.
Degree Pathways
Give your learners access to associate and bachelor’s programs through partner universities, studied entirely online, from anywhere.
Academic Recovery
Provide re-entry routes for learners who paused, were denied, or need to rebuild. Short course sequences that demonstrate recent achievement.
Exploration & Discovery
Offer your community low-stakes, modular experiences connected to career clusters, moving learners from exploration to credit-bearing coursework.
Workforce Upskilling
Equip your employees with modular learning that counts toward formal qualifications. Role-specific bundles with coaching tied to career progression.
What We Believe
The Principles That
Shape Every Partnership
These are not aspirational statements. They are operational commitments that govern how we build, deliver, and support every program.
The Organization Comes First
We stay invisible. Your learners see your brand, your identity, your commitment to their future. We manage the infrastructure behind it so you never have to explain who we are.
Access Is Not Optional
A student in Lagos, Dubai, or Sao Paulo deserves the same access to recognized coursework as a student in New York. We build the pathways that make that real, not theoretical.
Accreditation Is Non-Negotiable
Every course, every credit, every credential comes from a recognized U.S. institution. There are no shortcuts on quality. The credentials your learners earn must carry weight everywhere.
Systems Over Heroics
We do not rely on individual effort to deliver at scale. We build repeatable systems, documented processes, and operational infrastructure that works whether we serve 50 learners or 50,000.

How University Partnerships Work
We hold direct agreements with recognized U.S. colleges and universities. Organizations that partner with us don't need to establish their own university relationships. they access ours.
We Hold the Agreements
Leading Connection maintains direct partnerships with regionally accredited U.S. universities. These agreements cover course delivery, credit issuance, and academic governance.
Partners Access Through Us
When an organization partners with Leading Connection, their learners gain access to our full catalog of courses, certificates, and degree pathways. without needing their own university agreements.
Credit Is Issued by the University
Students receive official transcripts directly from the accrediting university. The credit is real, transferable, and recognized. regardless of which organization referred the learner or which brand appears on the portal.
Our university partnerships are governed by formal agreements that define how programs are marketed and delivered. We share specific partner details during the consultation process, not on a public website. This is standard practice in branded education services.
